Clovelly house is located on the hill just north of Clovelly Beach, with extensive views of the ocean. A key aspect of the design was to create a ‘beachy’ feel, capturing the views from as many of the living spaces as possible and providing outdoor living with views. Hence the decision to place the main living area on the first floor with a generous balcony looking over Wedding Cake Rock just east of Coogee beach.
