We were asked to provide a proposal to reinvigorate a tired 4 unit apartment block in the heart of Coogee.
The proposal consists of refurbishing the two ground floor apartments, providing each apartment with two private open spaces. The two first floor apartments would be converted into two 2 storey penthouse apartments with extensive covered balconies taking advantage of the views and the northerly aspect.
The intent is to bring the block into the 21st century, creating accommodation commensurate with its prime location.
