Seaforth House is located in a beautiful bushland setting with gorgeous views of Middle Harbour. Capturing both the bushland views and the harbour views from all areas of the house was the main focus of the design. Outdoor living was also an important aspect of the design creating very generous balconies as outdoor living spaces from which to enjoy the views all year round.

The use of natural materials such as timber and stone forms a key part of the design.
